Connect phone to laptop via usb tethering to download on laptop, phone provider doesn't allow tethering, foiled.
Open PDF on phone, consider emailing it to myself, realise this doesn't help. Try to save it, can't really (unlike pictures).
Remember opening it in iBooks will save it!
Do so.
Connect phone to laptop to retrieve saved file, windows doesn't allow file access, iTunes refuses to recognise as there's no Internet, can't get file, foiled.
Connect to desktop (running Linux), achieve file access and get saved PDF.
Use USB memory stick to teansfer file from desktop to laptop, take laptop to printer, print, great success!!
